Aubameyang to Arsenal: Gunners hero Ray Parlour makes huge claim over transfer
That is the view of pundit and former Arsenal midfielder Ray Parlour. Gunners boss Arsene Wenger today confirmed the club are in talks with Borussia Dortmund to sign Aubameyang. The Gabon international would be more of a direct replacement for Alexis Sanchez than Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who arrived from Manchester United yesterday. Parlour has backed the signing of Aubameyang and is keen to see him link up once again with Mkhitaryan, whom he played with at Dortmund. And he reckons with Aubameyang turning 29 in June, there will not be many more opportunities for him to join a big club in Europe.
