Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger: 'Manchester City deserved to win'

Arsene Wenger has congratulated Manchester City following their 3-0 win in Sunday's EFL Cup final, admitting that Arsenal were punished for their mistakes. The Gunners squandered their best chance of the match inside the opening 10 minutes, as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's close-range effort was kept out by Claudio Bravo. Arsenal were then undone by a simple ball over the top from Bravo, which Sergio Aguero took advantage of to put City on their way to a comfortable victory.
