Arsenal FC transfer news: Bayern Munich set to win race for Italian starlet Gabriele Corbo

German champions Bayern Munich appear to have beaten Arsenal to the signing of Italian youth star Gabriele Corbo. The 18-year-old has been turning heads in youth football with Serie B side Spezia, despite waiting to make his professional debut for the club. Corbo has represented Italy at Under-17 and Under-18 level and has been tipped as a future star of Italian football. So much so that clubs from around Europe are keeping close tabs on his development, including Arsenal and Bayern Munich.
