Vilius Piliukaitis - currently on loan at Blackburn Rovers - has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for four clubs in the Premier League. The 17-year-old is part of the Lithuanian Football Academy, but the youngster has been allowed to spend some time in the youth setup at Ewood Park. However, the prospect has impressed in a number of outings for Rovers and according to TeamTalk, that has resulted in interest from some of English football's biggest teams.
