Chelsea 3-0 Arsenal: How it happened

WHAT HAPPENED  We were knocked out of SSE Women’s FA Cup on Sunday after losing 3-0 to Chelsea at Kingsmeadow. We dominated possession throughout and created some dangerous chances, but the Blues were all too clinical on the counter. Beth Mead carved open the game’s first opportunity when her looping volley forced Ann-Katrin Berger into a difficult save. However, it was the hosts who opened the scoring. Emma Mitchell lost possession 40 yards from goal, allowing Erin Cuthbert to charge at our defence and tee up Bethany England, who found the bottom corner with a cool first-time finish.
