Arsenal star shortlisted for PFA Fans' Player of the Year award

Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez has been shortlisted for the PFA Fans' Player of the Year award organised in association with 90MiN, after a stellar first season in English football for us, Arsenal.com reports. The award is decided completely by fans across the country and after initially making the provisional list alongside Mesut Ozil (via Sky Sports), the Chilean has made the final five-man shortlist. Alexis is up against David de Gea, Sergio Aguero, Philippe Coutinho, and Eden Hazard for the award, and it will certainly come down to which fanbase from each represented club has a stronger voice.
