It has been reported that Arsenal defender Per Mertesacker has revealed that he is superstitious about yoga and never misses a session. The 30-year old World Cup winner is getting to that stage of his career where he needs to take more care of his body in order to continue playing at the highest level. 'I do [Yoga] one hour every week. When you are superstitious, which most footballers are, you have your habits,” said Mertesacker. 'I never miss a session.
