Radio days: The Kiss 103.2 transmitter dash story

So we’re sitting in Daragh’s car. It’s really early on a summer morning – say 7am. Way too early to be up and sitting in a car up the mountains under normal circumstances, but when you're in your early 20s and you’d only finished a gig in Club Marlay around 3am, it was ridiculous. But then we were young and that wasn’t even the most ridiculous thing we were doing that day. To set the scene, we were both DJs on what was probably Dublin’s biggest pirate radio station in 1994 – Kiss FM.
