Phase two of Premier League Project Restart explained

The Premier League has moved a step closer to a return after clubs voted in favour of entering 'phase two' of the return strategy. It means that clubs now have changes to their training restrictions and a greater freedom to what they can do on the training ground. The decision, which was voted on during Wednesday's Premier League meeting, means that a June restart to action is now looking increasingly likely. While the original proposed date of June 12 is perhaps a little ambitious, matches could be played in the coming weeks as clubs ramp up their efforts to return. But what is the new 'phase two'?
