Arsenal's summer transfer focus explains why Philippe Coutinho deal can't happen

Arsenal are unlikely to make a move for Philippe Coutinho this summer with focus for Mikel Arteta reportedly on other areas. Coutinho, who is currently on loan at Bayern Munich from Barcelona, has been linked with a permanent departure from the Nou Camp this summer. Plenty of Premier League clubs are believed to be interested with former club Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal all linked. Though it’s believed Arteta will focus on other areas this summer with Goal claiming a centre-back, right-back and box-to-box midfielder are priorities.
