Arsenal are reportedly monitoring Barcelona star Rafinha with the Spanish champions planning a clear out in the summer transfer window. Rafinha, 27, is currently on loan at Celta Vigo and has been impressive for the La Liga side this season. They have the chance to secure a permanent deal for Brazil international for a bargain £14.3million, but the Gunners could step in if they do not take up that option. Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo claim Rafinha is interesting the Premier League side who are ‘attentive’ to his situation.
