Arsenal want to repeat Nicolas Pepe transfer tactic with £50m move this summer

Arsenal splashed the cash to land one of Lille’s top young talents in the form of Nicolas Pepe last summer. The Gunners spent a club-record £72million to land Pepe, who has proved to be a raw prospect rather than the finished product in a mixed first Premier League campaign. But despite the jury still being out on Pepe, Arsenal are reportedly ready to follow the same approach this summer - by again spending big on one of Lille’s young attacking prospects.
