Arsenal are waiting for a response from star striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang after making him an offer of a new contract. The Gunners are fearful of losing their main goal threat on a free transfer next summer when his current deal expires. Aubameyang has been a big hit at the Emirates since his £56m move from Borussia Dortmund in January 2018. The Gabon international has netted 61 goals in 97 games to claim the Premier League golden boot last year, alongside Liverpool stars Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah.
