Arsenal one of leading candidates for £27million Bilbao defender Unai Nunez
Arsenal are set to go head-to-head with Everton and West Ham for Athletic Bilbao defender Unai Nunez this summer. Mikel Arteta is on the hunt for another centre-back, with Shkodran Mustafi and Konstantinos Mavropanos expected to leave the Emirates. And according to Spanish outlet AS, the Gunners are leading the chase for Nunez - who recently turned down a contract extension at Bilbao. Yet it is believed Arteta and co face competition from two fellow Premier League sides.
