Premier League record goalscorer Alan Shearer has taken aim at both Tottenham and Arsenal following Sunday's north London derby. Spurs emerged victorious thanks to a late Toby Alderweireld header to leave Jose Mourinho 's side with half a chance of making the Europa League. But for both north London outfits it has been a dismal season, with each side majorly underperforming in recent months. Mourinho and Mikel Arteta are yet to coach their respective sides for a full season but will need to drastically improve next term to stand a chance of keeping their jobs.
