Mikel Arteta has admitted a lack of European football would be a detrimental blow to Arsenal. The Gunners sit ninth in the Premier League following their north London derby defeat to Tottenham. And with three league matches to go, their chances of finishing in a Europa League spot are diminishing. Let alone a Champions League finish, which is now out of the question. It would appear their best chances of landing a spot in Europe next season would be winning the FA Cup.
