Trent Alexander-Arnold leaves Arsenal fans raging at horror tackle vs Liverpool

Arsenal supporters were left raging after Trent Alexander-Arnold escaped a red card despite a horror tackle in their 2-1 win over Liverpool. The England full-back went in high on Gunners star Bukayo Saka in a tackle not too dissimilar to one that saw VAR dismiss Eddie Nketiah last week. He was given his marching orders for a high tackle against Leicester City last Tuesday just moments after coming on as a substitute. Mikel Arteta ’s men at least ran out winners against the newly-crowned Premier League champions on Wednesday night but fans were left disgruntled at a lack of consistency.
