FA Cup announce major rule change impacting Arsenal, Man Utd and Liverpool

The Football Association has scrapped FA Cup replays next season to ease the pressure on the football calendar. It will be the first time in history the competition will take place without replays - and the move comes in the wake of the impact Covid-19 has had on the game. The three month lockdown from March threatened to ruin the campaign and pushed all competitions back. The FA Cup final took place earlier this month following the end to the Premier League season, while the Champions League and Europa League have still to be completed.
