How Premier League clubs plan to distribute tickets with limited 4,000 capacity

Premier League football fans received the news they had been waiting for when Boris Johnson announced that supporters would be able to return from December 2. With the world still in the grip of the coronavirus pandemic, supporters will only be able to attend in much reduced numbers when England's month-long national lockdown is lifted. Up to 4,000 spectators will be allowed in lowest-risk tier one areas. In tier two areas, 2,000 fans will be allowed in stadiums, while supporters will not be permitted to attend matches in tier three areas. With capacities much reduced due to Covid-19 social distancing rules, clubs will face a challenge in terms of deciding how to allocate tickets. But many...
