Arteta confirms 'significant' Thomas Partey injury

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has revealed that Thomas Partey will miss "the next few games" with a thigh injury. Despite being forced off against Aston Villa on November 8, Partey was initially expected to make his return after the international break. However, the Ghana international has not featured for the last three matches, leading to Arteta to suggest that the summer arrival will remain absent for the foreseeable future.
