Season-ending injury could put Arsenal off transfer after Tierney troubles

Brighton and Hove Albion star Tariq Lamptey has reportedly been ruled out for the remainder of the season. Lamptey suffered a hamstring injury in Brighton's 0-0 draw with Fulham on December 16 and he underwent surgery to fix a tear in his tendon on Saturday. Speaking last week, Brighton boss Graham Potter revealed he was concerned about whether Lamptey would be able to return to action this season.
