The “insane” role that James Milner has played in three iconic Premier League maulings has been spotted by fans following Liverpool’s 5-0 hammering of Manchester United. Naby Keita and Diogo Jota opened the scoring for the Reds before Mohamed Salah’s hat-trick completed a stunning evening for Jurgen Klopp’s side. Surprisingly, Reds boss Klopp opted to name Milner to start in his side’s three-man midfield at Old Trafford, though he was only able to play 27 minutes before being forced off with injury.
