When is the Carabao Cup quarter-final draw after Arsenal and Chelsea progress

Arsenal and Chelsea are through to the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup after winning their last-16 clashes on Tuesday night. The Gunners’ home tie against Leeds United went as smoothly as Mikel Arteta could have wanted with Calum Chambers and Eddie Nketiah providing second-half goals to snatch a 2-0 win. Rivals Chelsea had a far tougher time in facing Southampton despite Kai Havertz opening the scoring before the break, with striker Che Adams’ goal forcing the match to be decided by a penalty shoot-out. Misses from Theo Walcott and Will Smallbone were punished by defender Reece James, who scored the deciding penalty, having done the same in the previous round against Aston Villa....
