Arsenal fans have been left in awe of Albert Sambi Lokonga after the youngster’s spectacular display in the 2-0 Premier League win over Newcastle on Saturday. After a dull first-half, Lokonga was quietly effective in midfield as Arsenal stepped it up in the second and went two in front courtesy of goals from young guns Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli. Operating alongside the more experienced Thomas Partey in central-midfield, Lokonga was able to thrive against the low-block of Eddie Howe’s side by being gifted plenty of time to pick his passes.
