Per Mertesacker has revealed the ruthless side of Ralf Rangnick in a story that involved the new Manchester United boss giving him dressing down for eating a doner kebab. Rangnick was in charge at Hannover 96 when Mertesacker was broke through into the first team. And it appears the veteran coach played a very hands on role in Mertesacker's development, including when it came to his nutrition.
