Arsenal's forgotten star William Saliba is set for contract talks at the Emirates Stadium, despite being yet to feature under Mikel Arteta. Saliba joined Arsenal in 2019 for £27million from French side Saint-Etienne, but he was immediately loaned out to his former side. In the two seasons that have passed, Saliba has enjoyed two more loan spells: at Nice and Marseille. As a result, Saliba is yet to make a first-team appearance three years into his stay at the north London side. But according to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, Saliba is set for new contract talks at the Gunners in the near future.
