Gabriel Jesus hugs Arsenal chief Edu as he arrives for medical before transfer

Gabriel Jesus has been spotted in arms with Arsenal chief Edu ahead of his impending multi-million-pound switch from Manchester City. The Brazilian striker, 25, will leave the Premier League champions this summer in pursuit of regular first-team football. Despite turning out on 41 occasions last term - registering 13 goals and 12 assists - the arrival of free-scoring forward Erling Haaland has seen Jesus shift down the pecking order at the Etihad. With Selecao manager Tite fine-tuning his squad for the World Cup later this year, Jesus is in need of consistent game time to bolster his chances of appearing in Qatar and a mega-money switch to Arsenal is now in its final stages.
