Arsenal hero Jack Wilshere makes brutal Richarlison claim and rates Tottenham's title hopes

Jack Wilshere has made the bold claim that Richarlison would not get in Arsenal's starting eleven after opting for a move to Tottenham over the Emirates Stadium. Richarlison's £60million move to north London is all but confirmed and an official announcement is expected in the coming days. The Brazilian completed a medical in his native country with Spurs' representatives. Arsenal were in the race to sign the forward, but suffered a transfer blow after he reportedly rejected a switch. Meanwhile at Spurs, he will compete with the likes of Harry Kane, Dejan Kulusevski and Heung-min Son for regular game time, in the club's return to the Champions League next season.
