Ex-Liverpool director of football BLASTS club's transfer activity, says top four challenge will falter

Former Liverpool director of football Damien Comolli has blasted the club's transfer dealings this summer and warned they will not claim a top four finish in the upcoming season. The Reds have bolstered their squad with the arrivals of James Milner, Adam Bogdan, Danny Ings, Joe Gomez, Roberto Firmino and Nathaniel Clyne, while Christian Benteke became the seventh new addition after completing his £32.5million transfer on Wednesday night.
