Despite our newfound financial clout, Arsene Wenger clearly isn't giving up his policy on youth. The Arsenal boss is apparently looking to sign 'the next Cesc Fabregas' from Real Betis, with Dani Ceballos set for a La Liga exit this summer, as reported by the Express. The 18-year-old is one of the most highly rated youngster in Spain at the moment, and Real Betis are trying desperately hard to keep hold of him. With the Express reporting that both Arsenal and Juventus are chasing his signature though, it seems like it will be a lesson in futility.
