It has been reported that Arsenal are wrapping up the signing of another French prospect. L'Equipe claims that Arsenal have snatched Ismael Bennacer from under the nose of Manchester City. The Gunners have signed 18-year-old Bennacer from AC Arles-Avignon and is set to be placed in the Under-21 squad.
