It has been reported that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger blames UEFA for their battles in the transfer market. The French tactician is furious that European football's governing body have backed down over Financial Fair Play rules. He said: 'FFP is gone, I have seen the signs coming from UEFA for a while now.
