Jens Lehmann To Miss Out On The Sporting Director's Post At Nurnberg
It has been reported that Arsenal hero Jens Lehmann is set to miss out on the sporting director's post at Nurnberg. The former Gunners goalkeeper has applied for the post and was regarded by many as favourite for the job. Nurnberg are seeking a replacement for Martin Bader. However, Nurnberg director Thomas Grethlein told Nürnberger Nachrichten: 'We have decided, after these exploratory talks, not to pursue (Lehmann).' Former Fulham boss Felix Magath has also been linked with the job.
