Arsene Wenger has been criticised for his inactivity in the transfer market, but at least what he has done he's done well. Statistics show Petr Cech has been the best shot-stopper in the Premier League so far this season, with the Czech international saving a massive 81.58% of the shots he's faced, as reported by The Evening Standard.
