Arsenal willing to meet striker's 18m release clause this January

There have been consistent rumours regarding Celta Cigo striker Nolito this season, with the forward's fine form attracting attention from a number of clubs. The latest report suggests Arsene Wenger is willing to meet his 18m (£12.6m) release clause in January, beating Barcelona to his signature, according to AS Diario (via The Telegraph). The 29-year-old has been excellent this season, which has prompted Barca boss Luis Enrique to consider bringing him back to the club where he spent a number of years.
