Arsene Wenger tells struggling Gary Neville: 'Keep faith in yourself'

Arsene Wenger insists beleaguered Valencia head coach Gary Neville has to keep faith in his methods - although he does feel the former Manchester United defender landed the job at the Mestalla because he was a "big player". Neville has endured a poor start to his managerial career.
