The Algerian winger has unquestionably been fantastic this season, scoring 17 goals and laying 11 on a plate for his teammates in the Premier League alone. He's been heavily linked with a move to Arsenal, with Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United also registering an interest (via the Express).
