Reports are out claiming that Chelsea's offer for Kalidou Koulibaly remains on Napoli's table. Sky Italia claims that Napoli are yet to make a decision on Chelsea's £38m bid for Koulibaly. Azzurri president Aurelio De Laurentiis is weighing up whether to accept the offer, having already cashed in on star striker Gonzalo Higuain, with the Argentinian ace completing a £75m move to Juventus this week. And Chelsea's hopes of concluding Koulibaly's capture will be boosted by the news Napoli are lining up his replacement. According to the same report, they have made a £22m proposal, rising to £25m, for Torino defender Nikola Miksimovic.
