Sam Allardyce announces his first England squad: There's some shock inclusions

GETTY GAFFER: Sam Allardyce Allardyce replaced Roy Hodgson after Euro 2016 following the team's dismal showing in France. And the experienced boss - who has peviously managed West Ham, Newcastle and Bolton - has made some shock inclusions in his squad.
