Man United transfer news: Jose Mourinho set to offload defender described as ‘best ever player' by Alex Ferguson, Arsenal and Liverpool ready January bids 

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is prepared to offload Phil Jones in January according to The Sun. Per-the-source, Mourinho wants to sell the England international defender who is currently sidelined with a knee ligament problem. Jones currently earns £110,000-a-week at Old Trafford and has three-years remaining on his contract with the Red Devils. The Sun also states that 24-year-old’s is being closely monitored by both Arsenal and Liverpool who are ‘ready to swoop'.
