Chelsea chief willing to let unsettled star join Arsenal

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is willing to let Petr Cech leave the club this summer, and will allow him to sign for any side, including Arsenal, according to reports from The Mirror. The Czech Republic international has endured a difficult 2014/15 so far, with the return of Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois from a three-year loan spell at Atletico Madrid having ended his ten-year stint as the Blues’ main stopper. The Belgian was made No.1 by Jose Mourinho at the start of the campaign and has barely put a foot wrong, which has limited Cech to a reserve role.
