Barkley has one year left on his contract and is yet to agree terms on a new deal. The contract saga has angered Everton boss Ronald Koeman, who has stated the 23-year-old would be sold this summer if he failed to extend his contract. Barkley did not travel with the Everton squad on their tour of Tanzania due to injury.
