Sancho, 17, is regarded as one of Manchester City’s brightest young talents with Pep Guardiola rating him highly.  The Premier League giants have been so impressed that they have offered him an improved contract after his fine displays for the England Under-17s and his club’s youth ranks.  But he has surprisingly been left out of their pre-season tour of the US along with Phil Foden and Brahim Diaz.  And doubt has now been cast over his future at the Etihad with his contract situation up in the air.  Arsenal and Tottenham have apparently been keeping tabs on his situation in recent months and are supposedly keen on securing his signature.   Arsenal...
