GETTY Lucas Perez is close to joining Arsenal That’s according to the Spanish club’s boss Pepe Mel. The former West Brom manager has revealed his president Tino Fernandez fully expects to get the deal done before the window closes on August 31. Perez wants to leave Arsenal after struggling to get game time last term.
