When does the transfer window close?

The 2016 summer transfer window will close at 11pm on Wednesday, August 31, according to the official Premier League website

Do European leagues have different dates?

Like the transfer window in England, it is also Deadline Day in Germany, Italy, Spain and France on Wednesday, August 31, according to FIFA.

Will 2016/17 be a record-breaking season for transfer spending?
