The highest earning Premier League managers revealed as Jose Mourinho closes in on new Manchester United deal

Jose Mourinho is in line to sign a new contract with Manchester United, that will extend his stay at Old Trafford for another five years. The Sun report Mourinho, 54, is ready to put pen to paper and make his spell with the Red Devils the longest tenure of his extremely successful career. The former Chelsea, Internazionale and Real Madrid boss is, along with Manchester City's Pep Guardiola, the highest paid manager in world football, with a weekly wage of £250,000. Mourinho's new deal is reportedly to earn him a similar basic wage, though his bonus payments - based on league position and trophies - are set to massively increase.
