Report: Arsenal Prepare Second £20m Bid For German
Arsenal are set to launch an improved bid for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Ilkay Gundogan, to the tune of £20m, according to reports. Arsene Wenger is said to have made an £18.4m bid during the January transfer window, which was unsuccessful, but he is determined to bring the German ace to the Emirates.
