Mesut Ozil is reportedly prepared to sign a new deal at Arsenal if he is handed the number 10 shirt currently occupied by Jack Wilshere. The 29-year-old is out of contract with the Gunners at the end of the season and has thus far refused to sign a new deal as he seeks a significant increase on his current weekly wage of £140,000. According to The Sun, however, the Germany international is considering agreeing to fresh terms if he can switch his number 11 shirt for number 10.
