Scott and Carter winners at Black List Awards

The 2017 Football Black Lists Award ceremony, attended by over 400 people, proved to be a memorable night for us last week as we picked up a variety of awards recognising the invaluable contributions our people have made to the sport. Founded by Rodney Hinds and Leo Mann, The Football Blacklists serves as a platform to discuss the under-representation of people from African and Caribbean backgrounds and how to address these issues. Arsenal striker Danielle Carter and Ryan Gary our under 13s Academy coach both won the “Ugo Ehiogu - Ones to Watch” category, an award paying tribute to former England and Aston Villa defender Ugo Ehiogu who had previously won this category and tragically...
