The 2017 Football Black Lists Award ceremony, attended by over 400 people, proved to be a memorable night for us last week as we picked up a variety of awards recognising the invaluable contributions our people have made to the sport. Founded by Rodney Hinds and Leo Mann, The Football Blacklists serves as a platform to discuss the under-representation of people from African and Caribbean backgrounds and how to address these issues.
