Arsenal failed to sign Thomas Lemar over the summer
Arsene Wenger tried to land the Monaco star on deadline day during the summer window, but they left themselves too little time to clinch a transfer. At the time, Lemar was lined up as a replacement for Alexis Sanchez, who appeared to be Manchester City bound, but the Gunners pulled out of a swap. With Sanchez and his team-mate Mesut Ozil likely to leave Arsenal come the summer, a list of targets has been drawn up.
